1. Description of Services

Coaching & Mentoring

The SB Igniter program is a personalised 90-day coaching container created for small business owners who are ready to hit their first 5-figure month. Together, we’ll focus on clarity, confidence, strategy, and the systems that support your growth.

Coaching is a collaborative partnership focused on helping you grow personally and professionally. Mentoring is guidance from someone who has already navigated the path you’re on. You will receive a combination of both based on your goals, needs, and stage of business.

By purchasing,  you acknowledge that you understand the difference between coaching and mentoring.

2. Program Commitment

You are enrolling in the SB Igniter 90-Day (3-Month) Coaching Program.
By joining, you commit to the full 90-day container regardless of payment schedule or participation. This ensures we have the time, structure, accountability, and momentum to support your growth.

3. Payment Terms

You may choose one of the following options:

• Payment in full (one upfront payment)
  
   
• Monthly part-payments (three equal monthly payments over the 90 days)
  
   

The program is priced at $399 per month for 3 months (introductory pricing), unless otherwise outlined in your specific proposal or invoice.

All payments are non-refundable. If you select a payment plan, you agree to pay all instalments even if you choose to stop participating. If a payment fails or is missed, you agree to update or rectify your payment method within 3 business days. Unpaid instalments will be forwarded to a collection agency after 10 days of attempting to contact you. Any coaching missed in that timeframe will not be made up.

4. Delivery of Sessions & Access

Your 90-day coaching container includes:

• 2 × 45-minute private coaching calls each month (via Google Meet)
  
   
• A personalised 90-day roadmap
  
   
• Weekly accountability check-ins
  
   
• Access to Sheridan 5 days a week for questions - with responses within 24 hours.
  
   
• Custom tools and resources to support your next steps
  
   

Session recordings may be provided when relevant, along with action steps and meeting notes. Sheridan Burns Studio reserves the right to change, update or remove access to software/s.

Each phase is designed to build clarity, strengthen your foundations, elevate your visibility, and create sustainable momentum.

6. Responsibilities

Coach (SB Studio)

SB Studio agrees to:

• Support, guide, and troubleshoot with you
  
   
• Provide clear action steps when relevant
• Keep your coaching progress and actions confidential
• Hold you accountable to your goals
• Provide honest feedback and strategic direction
• Not provide financial, legal, or therapeutic advice
  
   
• Not to build your website for you (this is a separate service)
  
   

Mentee (You)

You agree to:

• Complete action steps between sessions
  
   
• Communicate openly and honestly
  
   
• Reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice
  
   
• Arrive prepared and ready to participate
  
   
• Minimise distractions during sessions
  
   
• Use the agreed communication channels (email, client portal, Slack if applicable)
  
   
• Understand that social media messages or text messages will not be responded to
  
   

7. Attendance, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
  
   
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations are marked as used sessions.
  
   
• Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the 30 day period unless agreed in writing.
  
   
• Missed sessions are not refunded.
  
   

8. Confidentiality

Everything shared within the Program is strictly confidential. SB Studio will not disclose your business details, strategies, financial information, or personal information without your permission.

9. Results Disclaimer

Your results depend on your commitment, implementation, and consistency. While SB Studio is committed to supporting your growth, no specific results or income levels can be guaranteed.

10. After the 90 Days

At the end of the Program, you will receive a revised action plan (what your next steps might look like). You may choose to continue coaching in an extended or ongoing container under new terms if desired - please note pricing may be different depending on when you have joined.

Being part of the beta round of SB Igniter, we will ask for a written or video testimonial about your time working with SB Studio, what your struggles were, how we worked to improve your business and any results, feelings and thoughts you have had on the program.

11. Use of Sessions, Calls & Resources

It is your responsibility to book and attend your coaching calls, complete your check-ins, and utilise the support, tools, and resources available to you.

If you choose not to:

• Schedule your calls
  
   
• attend a booked session
  
   
• complete check-ins
  
   
• or use any part of the Program
  
   

This is considered your decision, not an oversight of SB Studio.

No sessions, access, or resources will be paused, refunded, extended, or carried over beyond the 30 day cycles. You are responsible for making the most of the support available.

12. Intellectual Property & Resource Use

All templates, tools, workbooks, frameworks, videos, training materials, and coaching resources remain the sole intellectual property of SB Studio.

You are granted personal use only.
